HOW TO BUY

Shopping at CRUX.NG is very easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Choose the section (women, men) and then the product type (shirt, shorts, skirt, etc).
  2. View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, available sizes, composition, reference code and price.
  3. Select an item of clothing and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
  4. If you would like to process your order you can do so by either registering or checking-out as a guest.
  5. Choose a delivery method.
  6. Select a payment method.
  7. Confirm the order.
  8. You will receive an email confirming your order.

What happens when i get my order ? 

You have automatically been CRUXIFIED

GENERAL INFORMATION

In which countries is it possible to shop online?

 You can currently shop in Nigeria. EUROPE, AMERICA

Can I pay on delivery?

This service is only available in Lagos.

Are out-of-stock items restocked?

Most of our items are limited. if a product is out of stock it most likely would never be available.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, except in the case of products which are hand crafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product.

Can I send an order with a Gift Receipt?

Yes, you just need to check the box “Gift Receipt” on the shopping basket page. For more information, please see the  Gift Receipt  section.

 Is it possible to receive periodic information via email about Crux’s latest new products and offers?

Yes. By simply clicking on Newsletter you will receive information on Crux’s latest products,

  How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log in section. You will receive an email with your new password.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. Depending on the delivery mode you select DHL OR GIG

Can I remove items from my order?

Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet or click the whatsapp button on the right to chat with  customer care to handle .

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order as long as its status allows you to. To do this, go to the “my orders” section in your account. If you are not registered, click on the “Order Information” link in the confirmation email sent to you and click cancel.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

Crux.ng only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our  customer service

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact clicking the  whatsapp icon  right.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Bank transfer.

Why might my credit card be refused?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

o     The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.

o     You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check                         that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.

You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Which Payment gateway provider handles the credit card payment service ?

We use Paystack  as our only payment gateway

DELIVERY

Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc.) or to the transport company terminal you select.

 Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country ?

Certainly not.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Terminal delivery (ABC, GIGM) takes 36hours.

DHL :  it takes 2-3 days for deliveries in Nigeria and 3-7days for AMERICA and EUROPE

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. Depending on the delivery mode you select (KOS)

What is the home delivery process?

If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number (with a link to the courier’s web page) and finally the courier will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.

What is the terminal delivery process?

If you have chosen terminal delivery, we will send you a text message when your order has arrived (you will have 2-3 days to collect it). It is necessary to show the order number and the Identification Document of the person who collects the parcel.
